WHERE BETTER BEGINS
Helping You Move Forward with Confidence
Licensed, Evidence-Based Counseling in Warren & Boardman, Ohio
Practical Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Concerns
I believe problems can be solved. It takes work, the ability to be open to new ideas, the willingness to stand and face problems, the wisdom to share and to rely on someone other than yourself, to offer a different perspective. No one has all the answers all the time but working together, solutions can be found.
I specialize in relationship conflicts and in the cognitive behavioral treatment of anxiety and depression. For relationship issues, marriage and family counseling. I am a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT). For anxiety and depression I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as well as stress management techniques.
This is a part time solo private practice offering evenings and day appointments.
I accept most insurances and some EAP plans.
